• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines
• Standard delivery within 3–7 business days across India (depending on location and courier service).
• Remote or rural areas may take additional time for delivery.
• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping may be offered on select products or minimum order values, as mentioned during checkout.
• For other orders, shipping charges are calculated and displayed before payment.

4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.


5. Address Accuracy
• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.
• We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


6. Delivery Attempts
• Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If undelivered, the order will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping may incur additional charges.


7. Damaged Packages

8. International Shipping
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are accepted and delivered within India only.
