1. Return Eligibility
• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Provide order ID and proof of purchase.
• Opened or used items, or those marked non-returnable, will not be accepted.

2. Damaged / Wrong Product
• Report within 3 days of delivery with photos.
• We’ll arrange a replacement (will be delivered in 3-5 business days once received the returned product) or refund after verification.
• Return shipping is free only if we shipped a wrong or damaged item.

3. Refund Process
• Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
